MISSION STATEMENT
The TMA Related Theory Alumni Group will act as a non-partisan forum to further the ideals and goals of the Manufacturing Industry by engaging its members in community leadership edication, communication, provision of necessary resources, and opportunities for involvement. It is the specific goal of the Alumni Group to take an active and participatory role in the recruitment of students from area high schools and engineering universities into manufacturing, provide a forum for the interaction of its members, as well as to develop a support system for men and women currently working in the industry.
It is our purpose to provide a standard of academic excellence by strengthening the ties of goodwill and communication between the TMA, its alumni and current students, as well as by maintaining programs to serve their needs through social and networking opportunities, education, financial aid, and mentoring.
