Note: students may enter a division higher than their course placement, however, they may not enter a division lower than their course placement. Proof of appropriate division registration may be required. Violators will be disqualified. NIMS Combination Projects do NOT fall under this rule. Students may enter NIMS projects at any time. Please read and follow all rules. Call TMA if you have any questions.

Complete one form for each project entered. Students entering two projects must complete two forms. All requested information must be supplied. Illegible entries may be disqualified. Return completed forms to TMA. Project ID numbers will be assigned and returned to instructors.
