Sexual Harassment. Understanding the Law and Liability

This seminar will help supervisors and managers understand and reduce the occurrence of sexual harassment in the workplace. Participants will learn management's potential liability and exposure to sexual harassment. It is an interactive session exploring value differences among people and its impacts upon the workplace. Through a series of interactive exercises and self-assessments, the participants learn about their personal values, legal aspects, and how to improve interpersonal communications and productivity while reducing conflict.
