The Marketing Plan

To understand how to stop being the best kept secret in town; we need to get our message out to the market place we are attempting to service. This requires us to gather and analyze information and gain knowledge of our customers needs, their buying patterns, the price sensitivity of the markets, our competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and any overall social, political, or governmental trends which could impact our ability to service a particular marketplace. Today, more than ever, we need to add marketing knowledge and skills to our management competencies, to be in a position to plan our strategies and tactics of how we will service customers and markets in the future.
